The added Ai’s Story mode gives the package more than a simple retelling, placing a new protagonist inside a mansion whose rooms rearrange between runs. That randomization encourages repeat attempts, item hunting, and pursuit of the mode’s multiple endings rather than memorizing one perfect route. Its simple visuals and abrupt monster appearances evoke the kind of indie horror that thrives on uncertainty, closer to classic RPG Maker scares than cinematic survival horror.
