Aveyond 3-2: Gates of Night continues the Mel’s story with the party fleeing a relentless vampire mage while searching for a way to reach Naylith, an ancient land said to hold the knowledge needed to stop him. The tone stays deliberately cheerful even when the stakes involve world domination, mixing peril with absurd side quests, eccentric townsfolk, and constant jokes. It is a colorful, old-school JRPG-style adventure built around story, exploration, and a large cast of allies.
