Its tone is gleefully mean-spirited in the best party-game sense: every failed jump can leave a character crawling forward as a torso, rolling around as a severed head, or exploding into a pile of meat.

Players guide their undead runner through obstacle-filled stages where merely reaching the finish is often an achievement. Losing arms and legs changes how movement works, while head throwing, body-block transformations, and other absurd abilities create alternate solutions to traps or desperate last-second recoveries. Solo runs test precision and persistence, but online matches for up to four players bring the real chaos, supporting both competitive races and cooperative attempts to survive especially nasty courses. Customization lets players dress their zombie in deliberately goofy gear, making victories and disasters easier to spot in the mayhem.

What separates it from standard 3D platformers is its willingness to make failure part of the toolkit rather than simply a reset screen. The physics-driven dismemberment gives it some of the unpredictable slapstick energy of Gang Beasts, while its trap courses evoke the hostile invention of Super Mario Maker-style challenge levels. An included level editor and community sharing expand the package well beyond the built-in stages, offering a steady supply of player-made deathtraps and race maps. Fans of difficult platforming, dark humor, and loud multiplayer sabotage find plenty to enjoy here, while newcomers should expect an intentionally awkward learning curve and a great many spectacularly ugly deaths.
