Rather than chasing arcade-style kill streaks, it sells the pressure of planning an assault well enough that nobody needs to die.

Missions ask you to eliminate high-value targets, retrieve intelligence, rescue civilians, disarm bombs, and break through fortified enemy positions. You recruit and equip up to ten specialists, assigning weapons, gear, and skills around the job before taking direct control in either first- or third-person view.
