GLaDOS, voiced again by Ellen McLain, provides the familiar sarcasm while your designs either triumph over physics or collapse spectacularly.

Each chamber asks you to connect entry and exit points with roads, ramps, supports, and suspension-style structures while staying within a limited construction budget. A successful blueprint must survive weight, momentum, and stress, but simple bridge logic quickly gives way to Portal tools: linked portals redirect vehicles, faith plates launch them across gaps, gels alter traction and speed, and cubes operate switches. Hazards including acid, turret fire, laser barriers, and emancipation grids force you to think about timing and routing as much as load-bearing strength. Later tests require safe passage for several vehicles at once, turning a functional solution into a carefully choreographed physics sequence; failure is fast, readable, and usually funny enough to encourage another attempt.
