Runs revolve around scouting a park, carrying speed toward an obstacle, timing jumps, and adjusting the deck in midair to land without losing momentum. That freedom should allow for personal trick styles instead of forcing players through a rigid move list, though it also means the learning curve favors patience and repeated practice. A talent tree lets players tune handling-related traits such as jump height, turning, and pushing power, providing progression beyond simply improving personal execution.

Custom board options are part of the project’s direction, with planned choices for components including decks, grip, trucks, and wheels, but prospective players should remember that the feature remains under development. As an early-access release, BuriBoard is best suited to skate fans who enjoy mastering physics-heavy controls and can accept evolving grinding, animation, audio, and presentation systems while updates continue.
