Jobs revolve around scouting a property, identifying valuable items and security weaknesses, then choosing whether to sneak, sabotage, or force your way through. Lockpicks, scanners, drones, sleeping gas, zip ties, crossbows, and more direct weapons create several approaches to the same problem, so a failed silent entry can become a desperate escape rather than an instant dead end. Successful runs earn money toward the debt and feed into progression through more than 15 skills, including larger carrying capacity, improved awareness, and stronger stealth options. It works solo, but four-player co-op is likely where the chaos shines: one player can watch patrols or disable cameras while others haul loot, cover an exit, or improvise after the alarm sounds.

The hideout gives the game a welcome layer of persistent development, with furniture and training equipment improving health, speed, and inventory space between jobs. A voucher system also grants limited-use powers, such as removing police pressure or repairing damaged gear, making resource management as important as quick reflexes.
