Cyborg3003 turns that grim premise into a co-op survival-horror shooter where squads of augmented survivors are sent to hostile worlds, beginning with the volatile Eruptia, to clear out alien infestations and stay alive. The mood is more frantic than atmospheric: creatures rush from every direction, ammunition and equipment matter, and each fight can become a desperate last stand. First-person combat is the main perspective, though a third-person camera option gives players a wider view of the chaos.

Matches revolve around enduring successive enemy waves across broad, non-linear maps, deciding where to make a stand and when to move before the swarm closes in. Players choose from nine firearms and tools, including shotguns, a sniper weapon, laser sidearms, and a flamethrower, then supplement their firepower with medical gear, welders, and protective armor.
