Direct murder is off limits under the Free Will Clause, so every fatal outcome must look like an unfortunate accident. The result feels like a cartoonish, isometric take on Final Destination, where watching people’s routines is as important as setting the trap that ends them.

Each level asks you to study a crowd, identify interactive hazards, and trigger events when a target wanders into the wrong place at the worst possible moment. A loose object, faulty machinery, traffic, electrical equipment, and panicked bystanders can all become parts of an elaborate chain reaction. Targets follow recognizable habits, but the scene reacts when disaster strikes: witnesses flee, routines change, and a poorly timed accident can ruin a cleaner plan. Objectives are generally non-linear, letting you choose which souls to pursue first and experiment with different orders, while Minions of Light add pressure by intervening to protect the doomed.

Its biggest strength is the pleasure of observation and experimentation rather than twitch reflexes. Levels reward patience, morbid curiosity, and a willingness to replay a scenario after noticing a small environmental detail you missed the first time. The bright, exaggerated visual style keeps the violence deliberately silly instead of grim, although the subject matter and gallows humor will not suit everyone. Fans of point-and-click puzzle logic, Hitman’s habit-watching, or the elaborate accidents of Final Destination find plenty to enjoy, while newcomers can approach it easily thanks to its simple controls and self-contained puzzle stages.
