Its strongest feature is the traditional animation, which gives every creature, background, and boss an expressive storybook quality that stands apart from the usual pixel-art rogue-lite crowd. Individual zones have their own visual identity and hazards, while shifting room arrangements keep repeat trips from becoming entirely predictable. Combat is approachable at first but becomes demanding as enemy groups grow denser and later areas test weapon choice, movement, and resource management.
