This single-player action RPG sends you across a threatened realm where an unnatural enemy is tearing at reality itself, while your own undeath remains a central question. The mood balances classic heroic questing with grim ruins, dangerous monsters, and the steady satisfaction of becoming powerful enough to challenge them. Its story offers a directed main campaign, but the surrounding world also encourages detours for side quests, loot, and character-building.

Combat revolves around active abilities, equipment choices, and exploiting status effects rather than simply spamming basic attacks. You can wield two weapons at once, gaining access to both weapon skill sets and opening up flexible combinations for different enemy types or play styles. More than 90 abilities and a large pool of weapons and armor let you shape a heavy melee bruiser, a status-focused fighter, or a mixed build that changes as better gear appears.
