Better transport and newly created bots gradually turn a vulnerable solo trek into a mobile force, while different bot tiers give you more tactical options in combat and resource collection. Beacons create tense defense encounters, asking you to hold ground against enemy waves even though the wider design pushes you onward. HUBs offer a brief chance to trade, research new robotic allies, and acquire Cores—artificial brains that let companions receive upgrades through the same progression system used by the player.

Its strongest idea is the shared advancement between character and companions, making every valuable relic feel like a choice between personal power and a more capable team.
