This action roguelite pairs the screen-filling enemy density of Vampire Survivors with a more deliberate dungeon-crawling objective: surviving is not enough unless you locate a key and make it out through an exit. Runs take place across maps with hidden routes, secret exits, locked rewards, and minibosses guarding the means to leave. The mood is fast, colorful, and hectic, but the constant question of whether to push deeper or flee alive gives each expedition real tension.

Combat centers on mowing through huge packs while collecting experience and building a loadout from weapons, armor, artifacts, and secondary gear found during the run. Level-ups let you determine the order in which weapon attributes improve, making it possible to lean into damage, status effects, or other specialized setups rather than accepting a fixed upgrade path. Status effects can support one another or interfere, so successful builds require more thought than simply grabbing every powerful-looking item. Chests, minibosses, and gold containers supply keys, gear, unlocks, and map-specific weapons, while escape rewards bonus gold for the next attempt. Solo players can tackle the dungeon alone, while co-op supports up to five adventurers sharing the chaos.

Between runs, loot funds weapon upgrades, crafted equipment, hired companions, and a steadily expanding roster of playable characters, including some unlocked by beating them in battle. Armor sets have matching artifacts, and fully improving an artifact lets it merge with its set piece, freeing a valuable inventory slot for another build option. That fusion system, combined with permanent weapon availability and secret maps, gives the progression loop more structure than a typical arena-survival clone. Fantasy Survivors suits players who enjoy Brotato or Vampire Survivors-style horde combat but want exploration, extraction decisions, and cooperative dungeon runs layered on top; newcomers can learn through repeated runs, while genre veterans have plenty of build interactions and unlock paths to chase.
