Different clans arrive with their own values and demands, and the law tree lets you shape rules around labor, equality, leadership, and social control; keeping everyone united boosts efficiency, while division can undermine the entire settlement. Randomized maps, events, and faction combinations make each campaign feel less scripted than a conventional city builder, encouraging players to adapt rather than follow a fixed build order.
