A grotesque alien slaughterhouse becomes the stage for a fast, feral roguelike platformer built around momentum, impact, and survival. Gennady throws a nearly naked protagonist into a monochrome nightmare of packed flesh, hanging carcasses, and hostile biological machinery, then asks him to escape by smashing through it all. Its hand-drawn animation gives every movement an unnerving, elastic weight, while sudden bursts of color cut through the otherwise stark comic-book presentation. The mood is ugly, absurd, and deliberately uncomfortable, but the action moves too quickly to become oppressive.

Runs revolve around pushing through hostile biomes, fighting warped creatures, navigating platforming hazards, and gathering resources before a massive boss blocks the way forward. Basic brawling matters, but aggressive dashes are the real centerpiece: they cross gaps, break through obstacles, and turn the hero into a destructive projectile that can shred enemies at speed. Strong play feeds a Rage state, granting temporary invulnerability and heightened lethality, so maintaining a kill streak becomes both a defensive tool and a scoring-minded risk. Artifacts, character improvements, and weapon upgrades create shifting builds from run to run, letting players lean into mobility, damage, survivability, or bizarre combinations of all three.

Permanent death is softened by the Alley of the Dead, where collected artifacts can be sacrificed to carry benefits into later attempts, giving repeated failures a tangible sense of advancement. That system makes the game more approachable than punishing pure roguelikes while retaining the tension of unpredictable loot and dangerous boss encounters. Its most memorable feature is the collision of expressive hand-drawn animation with savage arcade movement; every dash looks like a panel from an especially deranged underground comic. Fans of Dead Cells’ rapid runs, The Binding of Isaac’s build experimentation, or the grimy strangeness of Meat Boy-style worlds should find plenty to enjoy, especially if they prefer their platformers loud, bloody, and strange.
