Pandemic triage becomes a slapstick race against the clock in this chaotic co-op hospital sim. Healing Spree casts up to four underqualified doctors into crowded clinics where patients arrive with urgent symptoms, limited staff, and absolutely no respect for orderly procedure. The tone is knowingly ridiculous rather than realistic: a patient can be diagnosed and treated properly, or hurried through the building by being picked up and thrown toward the next station. Beneath the cartoon disorder is a demanding score-chasing game about keeping a medical operation moving before the waiting room overwhelms everyone.

Each shift revolves around spotting symptoms, selecting the appropriate treatment, operating the necessary equipment, and getting patients cured within strict time limits. Rooms become obstacle courses of beds, machinery, coworkers, and panicked patients, so efficient movement matters as much as choosing the right remedy. Physics lets players carry, toss, and otherwise launch objects and people, creating useful shortcuts as well as spectacular ways to ruin a teammate’s carefully arranged workflow. Solo play is available, but local and online co-op are the main attraction, with support for Remote Play making it easy to recruit extra hands when the clinic turns into a disaster zone.

What separates Healing Spree from more methodical management games is its willingness to turn cooperation into friendly sabotage. Gadgets, destructible setups, and a cast that includes bizarre doctors such as a plague medic and a bunny piloting a mech give every round a broad parody-game energy. Different physics-driven maps encourage players to learn layouts, divide duties, and improvise when the intended plan collapses, while competitive impulses can turn a successful rescue into an argument over who caused the latest mess. Fans of Overcooked-style teamwork and the unruly medical comedy of Surgeon Simulator should find plenty to enjoy, especially with a regular group of friends; solo players can finish levels, but the game’s loudest laughs come from shared chaos.
