Players can take control of a scouting van to inspect turns, check clearances, and identify obstacles before committing a huge truck and trailer combination to the route. Guardrails may need removing, road signs can be taken down, bridge heights must be measured, and cranes are used to place support plates or unload freight at the destination. Licensed MAN trucks, low-loaders, rotor trailers, boiler bridges, mobile cranes, and truck-mounted cranes support nearly 30 assignments, while details such as compressed-air systems, retarders, and individually simulated trailer wheels add weight to the driving. Performance evaluations unlock further vehicles, vehicle parts, cabin decorations, and jobs, while discovered fast-travel points reduce repeated cross-map travel.

What separates it from more conventional trucking sims is that the difficult part is not merely handling a large vehicle in traffic; it is making the road usable for an extreme transport in the first place. The escort setup and hands-on route alterations make each delivery feel like a small engineering operation, especially when a trailer’s rear wheels must be carefully guided around tight bends. It lacks the broad freight-business focus of Euro Truck Simulator 2, but offers a more specialized, mission-driven alternative built around abnormal loads.
