Hyperspaced

A collapsing Multiverse turns every mission into a frantic race to keep a battered spaceship—and reality itself—alive. Hyperspaced is a colorful co-op action roguelite for one to four players, casting its rookie cadets as the last line of defense after vital dimensional anchors vanish. The tone is deliberately silly, with a sarcastic ship AI, bizarre spacefaring characters, and plenty of chaos, but the pressure becomes real once enemy swarms, fires, and system failures start piling up.

Each crew member has to jump between jobs at a moment’s notice: one player pilots through hazards, another operates weapons, while others repair damaged modules, put out flames, clear debris, and manage resources. Combat is only part of the challenge, since survival depends on keeping the vessel functional while making quick calls about upgrades, salvage, and which stranded travelers deserve assistance. The game uses an interior-and-exterior ship view to make coordination especially demanding; you need to watch both the battlefield outside and the disasters unfolding in the corridors. Runs take place across a procedurally assembled Multiverse, so routes, encounters, and threats shift from one expedition to the next.

Its strongest idea is the combination of spaceship combat and Overcooked-style crew management, filtered through a roguelite structure with changing ships and modular loadouts. Restoring abandoned vessels unlocks craft with genuinely different strengths, from roomy ships built for equipment and cargo to nimble models that trade capacity for speed. Hyperspaced suits groups who enjoy shouting useful instructions under pressure, experimenting with builds, and recovering from funny failures; solo players can still take command, but its best moments arrive when a coordinated crew barely prevents total catastrophe.
