Inferno Protocol (v0.5)

INFERNO PROTOCOL is a cooperative survival horror game that throws you into a constantly shifting maze where nothing stays familiar for long. Corridors change behind you, landmarks disappear, and even the path you just walked may lead somewhere completely different when you turn back. With no reliable map to depend on, you will need to mark walls, leave chalk trails, drop items, and memorize your surroundings as you search for a way out. The game can be played solo or with up to six players, making every expedition a tense mix of exploration, communication, and survival.

As you push deeper into the maze, the environment can transform from claustrophobic underground corridors into forests, frozen halls, deserts, and other locations that seem impossible to exist beneath the surface. You will discover abandoned notes, warnings, hand-drawn maps, settlements, and smaller survivor camps scattered throughout the labyrinth. Some survivors may trade or offer useful information, while others can become a threat. Resources are limited, forcing you to scavenge scrap, wires, weapons, and materials while harvesting bones, armor, organs, and other parts from the creatures you manage to kill.

Survival also means adapting your body to the maze itself. Strange injectors can grant abilities such as increased health, night vision, enhanced movement, rage, dashing, and even double jumping, while unidentified injections may produce unpredictable results. Craft traps, fortify settlements, farm resources, and use the maze against the creatures hunting you. Every trip beyond safety becomes a gamble between finding better equipment and mutations or getting lost somewhere you may never escape from again.
