Game Overview

A weekend of remote work turns unnerving when an ordinary rental apartment begins to feel like a place that is watching back. INTUS is a compact psychological horror story built around professional anxiety, isolation, and the creeping dread of being unable to leave a task unfinished. You play a worker for BELPHOR, a domestic-robot manufacturer, who accepts an urgent assignment rather than risk disappointing the boss. Its mood is quiet and intimate rather than action-heavy, letting mundane routines become increasingly uncomfortable over a single troubled weekend.

Most of the experience revolves around a laptop, where you remotely guide a small inspection robot through test spaces, check its systems, observe the environments it enters, and submit the required reports. Between assignments, you occupy the apartment like any temporary resident: make food, watch television, sleep, and decide when to return to the job. That familiar structure is the point, because INTUS steadily turns simple domestic actions and work obligations into sources of unease. There is no sprawling skill tree or lengthy combat campaign to master; the tension comes from investigation, observation, and the suspicion that completing each request may bring you closer to something you should not understand.

Its greatest strength is restraint. The roughly half-hour format keeps the narrative focused, avoiding the padding common to many first-person horror games and making it an effective one-sitting experience. Remote robot operation gives the premise a subtle techno-horror angle, while the apartment creates a claustrophobic counterpoint to the strange locations seen through the machine. Players who enjoy the controlled, story-first dread of games such as Fears to Fathom, Paratopic, or short indie horror anthologies should find plenty to like, especially if they prefer atmosphere and unsettling implication over chases and loud shocks.

Setup Guide & Troubleshooting

How do I fix missing DLL errors for INTUS?

After extracting INTUS, navigate to the _Redist or _CommonRedist folder inside the game directory and install DirectX, Vcredist, and any other dependencies included.

What should I do if the downloaded file is corrupted?

The full archive is 1.82 GB — make sure your download completed fully before extracting. Use 7-Zip to extract the files. If you still see a "file corrupted" error, re-download and try again.

Do I need to run the game as administrator?

Usually, no. Start the game normally from the extracted folder. If you see a permissions or save error, check that the folder is writable and follow the game's documented fix. Only grant administrator access when a trusted game's specific setup requires it.

How do I update my GPU drivers for this game?

INTUS requires a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 570 or equivalent. Update your NVIDIA or AMD drivers to the latest version for the best performance.

The game won't launch — what should I try?

Check that extraction completed and your PC meets the system requirements, including Version 11. Note any error message before choosing a fix. If it identifies a missing runtime, install the required DirectX components or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft.

My antivirus is blocking the game — is it safe?

A warning needs to be investigated; the download source alone cannot confirm that a file is safe. Keep your security software enabled and review the detection details. Do not run or restore a flagged file unless you have verified that it is a false positive. If you are unsure, leave it quarantined.
