Labyrinth of Galleria: The Moon Society is a first-person dungeon RPG with a gothic-fairytale tone, balancing colorful anime presentation and absurd humor against an increasingly unsettling mystery. You command a wandering spirit hired by the imperious Madame Marta to recover rare Curios d’art, working through her assistant Eureka and a growing army of artificial puppet soldiers. The story gradually expands beyond a simple treasure hunt into a character-driven tale full of secrets, sharp comedy, and some notably dark turns.

Exploration revolves around mapping enormous grid-based labyrinths, finding keys and hidden passages, gathering loot, and surviving turn-based encounters with enchanted creatures. Rather than controlling conventional heroes, you create and customize puppet soldiers, assign them to Witch Pacts that determine their formation role and abilities, then build massive squads that can contain up to 40 fighters. Battles reward thoughtful party construction, elemental attacks, defensive positioning, and the use of powerful Donum skills, while dungeon tools let you break walls, cross hazards, and reach areas that initially seem inaccessible. Frequent shortcuts, clearer navigation tools, adjustable difficulty options, and streamlined systems make the long campaign more approachable than older hardcore dungeon crawlers, although careless exploration can still wipe out an unprepared team.

Its greatest strength is the scale of its customization: classes, appearance, equipment, covens, and tactical formations provide plenty of room to experiment with specialized teams. The labyrinths feel less like isolated combat zones than dense puzzle boxes, constantly tempting you to risk one more expedition for a hidden chest or a route around an impossible barrier.
