NAMAKORIUM (ナマコリウム) is a chaotic, cooperative multiplayer RTS that challenges up to four players to command an army of “sea cleaners”—Namakos, or sea cucumbers—left behind by humanity to cleanse the polluted oceans. Players must gather resources, construct buildings, and clear paths in a race against time to purify the environment before their food supply runs out. Each unique Namako possesses special traits, such as the Shell Namako’s ability to gather limestone, the Iron Namako’s mining prowess, and the Flame and Ice Namakos’ resilience to extreme temperatures. Together, these abilities create a dynamic strategy experience where teamwork and planning are essential to reclaim the ocean’s vibrant beauty. Over 50 types of scenic creatures emerge as the seas heal, but players must also fend off the Blight Namako—corrupted foes that threaten to undo progress by rotting food and spreading darkness, countered only by the powerful Namako Fusion Cannon. NAMAKORIUM also offers a refined Solo Mode, allowing players to approach the game at their own pace, whether taking a relaxed approach or striving for peak efficiency. All stages are carefully balanced for solo play, encouraging mastery of strategy and timing to achieve the best clear times. The game features 16 unique stages filled with adorable sea cucumber characters set against a hidden post-apocalyptic backdrop. Online co-op mode facilitates easy teaming with friends or strangers, creating unpredictable and often hilarious outcomes.
