A late-night delivery route turns an ordinary apartment complex into a steadily worsening nightmare, where every hallway feels too quiet and every door may conceal something wrong. Night Delivery is a compact first-person psychological horror adventure built around the unnerving routines of a courier working after dark. Its fear comes less from constant jump scares than from isolation, suspicious tenants, and the persistent sense that unseen eyes are following your movements. The Japanese urban setting, rendered with deliberately grimy low-resolution visuals, gives the experience the uneasy intimacy of a cursed videotape.

Players travel between locations, collect parcels, find the correct apartments, interact with residents, and piece together why the night is becoming increasingly dangerous. Movement and observation drive the experience, making it closer to a focused walking simulator than a survival-horror game with combat or resource management. Small environmental details, repeated spaces, strange encounters, and escalating disturbances encourage you to scrutinize familiar routes as they become more hostile. A full run generally lasts one to two hours, and two possible conclusions add a reason to revisit the route and make different choices near the end.

Chilla’s Art’s signature VHS presentation is the standout feature, layering CRT blur, screen noise, tracking distortion, and unstable analogue effects over an already oppressive environment; players who prefer a cleaner image can disable those filters. The pacing resembles Stigmatized Property, but Night Delivery leans especially hard into the anxiety of being trapped in public places that suddenly feel unsafe. It is best suited to fans of Japanese short-form horror, lo-fi PS1-era aesthetics, and slow-building dread rather than players seeking action-heavy scares. Anyone who enjoys the claustrophobic tension of Silent Hill’s quieter moments or found-footage horror should find this short descent memorable.
