Rather than saving the world, your researcher protagonist seeks to defeat, capture, and repurpose these transforming heroines for a renewed global threat. The tone is knowingly pulpy and melodramatic, combining anime super-sentai energy with a dark corruption narrative and clearly adults-only material. DX packages the base release and its expansion into one more polished edition, with refreshed art, revised character designs, and upgraded voice work.

Combat plays out through turn-based encounters where party composition, skills, and each opponent’s specialties matter more than simple brute force. Seven voiced Battlemaidens become central to the campaign, and capturing them opens research-driven progression that changes their available abilities and battle roles. The loop revolves around winning fights, expanding your roster, testing different builds, and pushing farther into the Foundation’s plans. It is not a sprawling strategy RPG in the Fire Emblem sense; battles and character advancement serve a focused visual-novel-style story with adult scenes woven into its progression.

Its strongest feature is the commitment to a complete cast rather than treating the heroines as interchangeable rewards. Akiho, Rikka, Kei, and the additional combatants each bring distinct personalities, dedicated dialogue, bespoke artwork, and different combat uses, while the included DLC adds Diamond and more narrative material. Updated sprites, CGs, casual costumes, and selected re-recorded lines make this the obvious version for newcomers, while returning players get a more finished presentation. Fans of adult visual novels who also want straightforward tactical battles and villain-perspective character customization should find plenty to engage with; players seeking deep map tactics or a conventional heroic story should look elsewhere.
