Duskheath Museum turns the familiar anomaly-hunting formula into a nerve-racking overnight surveillance shift where attention matters more than reflexes. You play Claire Ballard, an exorcist working for a company that monitors haunted locations through fixed cameras, and every gallery becomes a potential trap. Egyptian relics, pre-Columbian displays, funeral objects, and allegedly cursed artifacts create a museum that feels oppressive even before anything moves. The mood is slow-burn horror: long stretches of uneasy observation give way to the dreadful realization that a statue, doorway, or exhibit is no longer where it should be.

Most of the night is spent cycling through camera views and comparing each room against your memory of its normal state. Anomalies range from blatant apparitions and shifting furniture to tiny visual changes that only reveal themselves from a particular angle, so success relies on patience and a sharp eye. Claire can report or confront disturbances, while certain hostile manifestations demand specific, timely exorcism actions rather than a simple button press.
