The real loop lies in combining those parts into synergistic builds, chaining effects until projectiles, attacks, movement, and passive traits reinforce one another in powerful ways. Procedurally assembled body regions, enemy parasites, immune cells such as macrophages and T cells, and organ-specific bosses ensure that each attempt demands adaptation rather than a fixed route.

Soft-body physics gives cells, shots, and enemies a pleasingly squishy sense of weight, making the microscopic combat feel more tactile than its flat 2D presentation initially suggests. Permanent plasmid-fragment upgrades and parasite-specific progression trees add long-term momentum, letting repeated failures gradually open new approaches without removing the roguelike challenge. Its organelle system is the standout feature, combining the build experimentation of action roguelikes with an unusually literal form of biological customization.
