A mercenary’s retirement plan becomes a frantic blend of bounty hunting and pizza service across hostile corners of time. Pizza Bandit is a third-person action game built around the ridiculous but compelling idea of funding a dream restaurant by taking dangerous contracts in chaotic eras. Its tone is knowingly silly, but the action plays it straight enough to make every firefight feel tense: enemies swarm, objectives demand attention, and dinner still needs to reach the table. The result is closer to a co-op arcade shooter with a culinary panic mechanic than a conventional cooking game.

Missions send up to four players into combat zones where shooting, evasion, scavenging, and cooking all compete for attention. Players select weapons and abilities before deployment, then dive, roll, and fire through aggressive opposition while gathering ingredients and equipment parts from the field. Food preparation is not a quiet minigame between battles; chopping, assembling, and plating happen while the team is under direct pressure, forcing someone to cover the cooks or risk a ruined order. Bounty rewards feed into character progression, opening stronger gear and more useful skills, while collected parts help improve the arsenal for tougher jobs.

The strongest idea here is the way it turns co-op coordination into kitchen communication: one player may manage enemies, another may hunt supplies, and a third may desperately finish a dish before everything falls apart. Rather than chasing military realism, it embraces cartoonish mayhem and rewards teams that can laugh through mistakes while still executing their roles. Money earned on missions also goes toward furnishing and decorating the eventual pizzeria, giving the chaos a tangible long-term goal beyond better guns. Fans of Overcooked’s stressed teamwork and fast, mobile third-person shooters should find plenty to like, especially with a regular group; solo-minded players may miss much of the intended fun.
