A former SAS operative infiltrates heavily guarded military sites across Russia and Eastern Europe, chasing the rogue Colonel Ekk before her stolen nuclear warheads can trigger catastrophe. Project I.G.I. is a turn-of-the-century tactical FPS built around tense solo missions rather than nonstop arena shooting. Its atmosphere is cold, severe, and suspiciously quiet, with snowy compounds, airfields, underground facilities, and enemy bases that feel dangerous long before the shooting starts. David Jones is not an unstoppable action hero; a careless move can bring an entire installation down on him.

Missions usually begin with an objective briefing and a broad map, then leave players to reach computers, retrieve intelligence, sabotage equipment, rescue targets, or eliminate key personnel. Weapons are modeled after recognizable real-world firearms, and every gunfight demands controlled aim because health is limited, enemies can fire accurately at range, and ammunition is not endless.
