A familiar house becomes a playful battleground where one hungry dormouse turns the kitchen into a supply raid and one territorial cat tries to stop it. Ratty Catty frames its asymmetrical hide-and-seek action around Ratty, a tiny food thief gathering enough provisions for its babies, and Catty, the household predator guarding every edible item in sight. The tone is colorful and mischievous rather than frightening, with the appeal coming from tense chases, narrow escapes, and the absurdity of treating cupboards, counters, and furniture like an enormous arena.

Matches revolve around choosing a side and pursuing completely different goals. Ratty sneaks through the home, locates food, carries it back to the nest, and uses size and cover to avoid being caught, while Catty patrols the kitchen, hunts for the intruder, and attempts to deny those deliveries. Solo players can face AI opponents, while competitive multiplayer and co-op support up to four players, making it suited to quick local-style sessions with friends as well as online rivalry.
