Revelatio casts you as primal darkness, a force capable of twisting holiness into loyal corruption rather than simply destroying every opponent in its path. The tone is deliberately blasphemous and ominous, but its real appeal lies in the satisfaction of turning an enemy’s divine army into the foundation of your own. What begins as a struggle against overwhelming celestial authority gradually becomes a campaign to establish a dark dominion.

Battles play out as turn-based tactical encounters on tile-based maps, where positioning, summoning, and unit control determine whether a run survives. Instead of relying only on recruitment or loot, you corrupt enemies, NPCs, and potentially even the final boss, converting dangerous foes into followers with their own battlefield value.
