You play Zeul, a technician sent to connect an isolated customer, only to find shuttered wards, hostile nurse-like creatures, and a facility hiding far more than bad wiring. Ruined Nurse is a first-person horror adventure built around claustrophobic corridors, sudden danger, and the uneasy absurdity of trying to finish ordinary work in an extraordinary nightmare. Its tone leans into dark, low-budget survival horror, balancing creepy hospital imagery with an intentionally strange premise.

Progress comes from searching rooms, finding ammunition and useful supplies, unlocking sealed areas, and solving environmental puzzles that open the path deeper into the hospital. Enemy encounters use an FPS-style combat system, so bullets matter and blindly charging every creature is rarely the safest answer. Several nurse variants create different threats as the story develops, encouraging players to stay alert while navigating dim hallways and abandoned treatment spaces.
