Rather than leaning on nonstop action, it frames every trip through the hospital as a risk.

Progress revolves around locating and repairing electrical panels, bringing the generator online, and managing the danger that emerges while you work. Creatures can appear without much warning, so conserving stamina and staying alert matters as much as knowing where to go next.
