Most of the time is spent examining crime scenes, questioning suspects, following leads across London, and piecing together evidence in Holmes’s deduction board. Clues form a branching chain of logic rather than a single automatic solution, and players choose which interpretation to believe before deciding a suspect’s fate; wrong calls can permanently shape a case’s outcome.
