One player acts as the clue-giver and secretly knows the target hidden among twelve displayed cards. Across five rounds, they place cards from their hand as clues, using each image to communicate a similarity or contrast: perhaps the secret animal shares a habitat, mood, shape, colour, or some wildly subjective quality with the card played. The remaining players discuss the implication and eliminate an increasing number of candidates each round, starting with one and rising until the final, high-stakes cuts. Removing the secret card ends the attempt immediately, so success depends on interpreting the clue-giver’s logic without receiving any spoken explanation. Online multiplayer supports groups separated by distance, while local pass-and-play makes it easy to share a device at the table.
Naïade’s expressive artwork is the real star, giving every card enough personality to support clever associations beyond obvious animal traits.
