You throw it to reach higher routes, activate distant mechanisms, and manipulate the layout of a stage before recalling or repositioning it for the next move. Each area asks you to read hazards, plan a route, and execute jumps with accuracy, while power-infused versions of the weapon introduce new ways to bypass barriers and solve increasingly layered problems. Custom checkpoints can be placed wherever you need them, allowing immediate retries without forcing long runs back to a difficult section; players can also skip a troublesome level and return when they are ready. An optional slow-motion setting softens the most demanding platforming sequences without removing the need to understand the solution.
