A vast automated warehouse becomes an unexpectedly personal prison in this narrative adventure about loyalty, labor, and the cost of convenience. You play Kurt, one of the final human employees serving Jüngle, a retail empire whose fulfilment complex sprawls across a drowned Manhattan. His daily routine unfolds from a battered flying JünglePod, with only the sardonic company robot Skew for company. The mood balances bleak corporate satire with melancholy sci-fi, while Mick McMahon’s angular comic-book character designs give the world a memorable, unsettling identity.

Most of the action revolves around navigating enormous warehouse spaces, locating items, and sending the right products down the correct routes with Kurt’s adaptable JüngleGun. What begins as a strangely calming work sim gradually folds in environmental puzzles, stealthy movement, tense encounters, and story-driven decisions as an activist group asks Kurt to sabotage his employer from within. The controls are intentionally tied to the sensation of operating industrial equipment rather than shooting through a conventional action campaign, so the pace favors observation and problem-solving over twitch reflexes. Narrative scenes carry much of the experience, supported by a strong voice cast including Ólafur Darri Ólafsson as Kurt and Jason Isaacs as Skew.

Its sharpest strength is the contrast between mundane package sorting and a huge, lonely dystopia built around human disposability. The warehouse feels oppressive yet oddly beautiful, full of towering machinery, forgotten spaces, and visual jokes aimed at megacorporate culture. Rather than offering a sprawling sandbox, the campaign delivers a focused, largely linear story with branching moral pressure and enough mechanical variety to keep its short runtime moving. Fans of The Stanley Parable, Portal’s corporate absurdity, or story-led adventures such as Deliver Us the Moon should find plenty to appreciate, especially if they want a thoughtful sci-fi tale rather than a demanding action game.
