Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Incl. ALL DLC’s)

Cybertron is collapsing under the weight of its final civil war, and the Autobots and Decepticons are both fighting for survival rather than simple victory. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron delivers a loud, cinematic third-person shooter campaign that treats its famous robots as soldiers in a desperate science-fiction conflict. Set before the exodus to Earth, it follows major figures including Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, Grimlock, and Bruticus through the events that push the planet beyond saving. The tone is suitably dramatic and metallic, with huge factories, ruined cities, ancient caverns, and warships providing a strong sense of a dying mechanical world.

Campaign missions rotate between different Transformers, and each character brings a distinct weapon loadout, special ability, and alternate vehicle form. Players shoot through enemy forces, transform at will to race across battlefields or attack from the air, and occasionally take control of exceptionally destructive characters such as Grimlock in his dinosaur mode or the combiner Bruticus. The core gunplay is direct and arcade-like, but shifting between robot and vehicle forms gives encounters extra mobility and lets every mission feel slightly different. Difficulty settings accommodate players who mainly want the story as well as shooter veterans, while collectible logs and challenge goals encourage more thorough runs.

High Moon Studios stands out by making the transformations part of combat rather than a cosmetic flourish, and by giving the campaign a surprisingly varied roster instead of locking players into one hero. The included DLC expands the character selection with additional multiplayer and customization content, including recognizable alternate designs and playable bots. Competitive multiplayer and the co-op Escalation survival mode add replay value when their online functionality is available, with Escalation especially rewarding teams that manage money, defenses, weapons, and revives under increasingly brutal waves. Fans of War for Cybertron, Gears of War-style cover shooters, and the classic Transformers mythos find plenty to enjoy here; newcomers can follow the spectacle, but returning players get the strongest payoff from its final-chapter story.
