Proximity voice chat makes coordination feel natural and turns bad plans into memorable disasters, especially when someone panics while transporting cargo through a monster-infested hallway. Randomized layouts, variable item finds, and increasingly dangerous hunters keep the routine from becoming predictable, while the nurse-like enemies give the hospital a distinctly unsettling identity.
