Attacks arrive from both directions, forcing quick decisions about where Ivan should help, which defenses deserve scarce materials, and when to abandon planning for direct combat.

Its strongest idea is the deliberately hands-on command system, which makes every order feel urgent when a breach is seconds away. The underground setting turns a familiar survival premise into a compact, readable battlefield where train tracks, tunnel chokepoints, and limited space shape every build. Randomized pressures and the need to balance expeditions, food, research, and defense give repeat runs a different rhythm, even though the campaign’s basic objective remains straightforward.
