Japan, September 12, 1999, at 8:00 p.m., Ms. Keiko Haraeda collapsed in her room and was found dead. Although the police have ruled that there is no case and closed the investigation, many puzzling points remain, and the family is still calling for information.

This video was recorded on a videotape from an unknown sender that was sent to the bereaved family in December of the year following the incident. Although there are many suspicious points, the video suggests a connection to the case, and the bereaved family decided to release the video in order to obtain as many clues as possible about the case.
