Countryballs: Rise of Europe is a game that has two modes: strategic and sandbox. In the strategic mode, you play for the country, and must extract resources, for this you can build cities or deal with deforestation. You can also engage in the development of technology and expansion. In sandbox mode (or observer) you are watching more countries for which AI plays. You can edit them: military power, form borders, force to attack other countries.
