Rather than sending players through a series of disconnected haunted locations, it builds dread from watching one believable place become increasingly wrong as Marcus digs deeper. The emphasis on light management, scavenging, and evasive movement makes it a solid fit for players who enjoy Amnesia-style helplessness and the slower, investigative side of Outlast.
