A particularly clever mechanic lets MO take control of certain creatures, temporarily borrowing their movement or utility to bypass defenses and solve environmental problems. Memory fragments and other hidden materials gradually fill in the setting’s story, rewarding players who inspect optional paths rather than rushing straight to the exit. The game stands apart through the combination of tactile wall-clinging traversal, possession puzzles, and a visual style that makes every slime trail, impact, and grotesque transformation feel vivid. Its challenges demand patience and observation more often than pixel-perfect speed, although later sections still test platforming confidence.
