Solo runs are possible, but the main draw is cooperative play, where teammates combine customized loadouts and character abilities to cover crowds, exploit weaknesses, and improvise through escalating encounters.

Its strongest idea is the build system’s emphasis on synergy rather than simple stat boosts, giving each squad room to create coordinated strategies instead of merely bringing four guns to the same fight.
