Game Overview

Hand-drawn robots wobble, crash, and occasionally achieve greatness in this physics-driven multiplayer party game. The central idea is simple but wonderfully unruly: sketch a body, add limbs in whatever shape you like, then watch that creation become a playable machine. A tall stick figure may sprint across a race track, while an overstuffed blob with tiny legs tumbles helplessly into a goal. The tone stays light, inventive, and deliberately chaotic, making every match as much about laughing at bad engineering as winning.

Players build bots by drawing their physical form, so placement, size, balance, and weight all matter once the action starts. Matches rotate through modes such as soccer, races, king of the hill, arena battles, hide and seek, and coin collection, each asking different things from a design. Thrusters, wheels, and rocket launchers can turn a crude doodle into a fast vehicle or a dangerous mess, while more than 15 maps keep the terrain from becoming too familiar. Up to four people can compete online or locally, and shared lobbies provide a useful place to test designs before bringing them into a real match.

Its best feature is that customization is not merely cosmetic: every odd line and badly positioned limb has mechanical consequences. Hats and other visual items let players give their creations more personality, while simple copy-and-paste sharing makes it easy to pass a successful blueprint—or a spectacular failure—between friends. The broad selection of modes gives the game more staying power than a one-joke physics sandbox, especially when a group is willing to experiment between rounds. Fans of Gang Beasts, Drawful-style creativity, or the improvised engineering of Besiege should find plenty to enjoy, and newcomers can jump in quickly because ridiculous designs are often half the fun.

How do I update my GPU drivers for this game?

Scribble Bots requires a 1GB VRAM or equivalent. Update your NVIDIA or AMD drivers to the latest version for the best performance.

The game won't launch — what should I try?

Try running in compatibility mode, install the latest DirectX runtime, or install the All-in-One VC Redist Package.
