By day, they lead ordinary lives, but by night, they become warriors battling the encroaching threat. Players engage in turn-based card combat where each character’s unique attribute—Resolve, Courage, Hope, or Dawn—determines their actions. Success hinges on carefully reading enemy intentions and choosing whether to attack or defend, making every decision critical as players build their decks and push forward through encounters with regular foes, elite enemies, shops, cafes, and unpredictable anomalies on their path toward powerful bosses guarding cursed swords. The story follows Haruka Fuchi, a Tokyo student drawn into the Underworld by a mysterious call for help, where she meets Artesia and learns of the looming peril posed by Belzebia, a dark spirit threatening both worlds. To seal the Underworld and prevent annihilation, players must pull cursed swords from the abyss—rituals that unlock the true powers of their heroines. Selecting a leader from the party grants access to devastating special skills, adding a layer of strategic depth to deck building and team composition.
