Each level begins as a genuine disaster zone, littered with shell casings, severed limbs, broken furniture, alien remains, and huge pools of blood. You collect trash and body parts in bins, haul them to incinerators, replace spent cleaning supplies, repair stains with your mop, and use the scanner to identify anything the job still considers unfinished. Carelessness creates more work: track bloody footprints across a clean corridor, knock over a bucket, or incinerate a bin by mistake, and the mess spreads again. There is no combat focus or strict countdown pushing the player forward, so the main challenge comes from patience, organization, and learning how the game’s deliberately messy physics systems behave. Solo play suits quiet, methodical sessions, while online co-op lets a team divide jobs or make a spectacular mess together.

What makes it memorable is its commitment to the cleanup process rather than treating janitorial work as a joke that ends after a few minutes. Levels slowly transform from chaotic slaughterhouses into sterile, almost peaceful spaces, giving every finished room a satisfying sense of accomplishment. Optional secrets, varied themed environments, workshop creations, and a personal office to decorate add reasons to return beyond simply meeting the cleanup quota.
