An ordinary trip for milk becomes a compact, unsettling adventure where supermarket aisles fold into small labyrinths and every detour can reshape the outcome. You play Isaac, an insomniac whose simple search for a bottle of milk gradually reveals a stranger, darker set of possibilities. Maze Mart leans on curiosity rather than action, mixing the familiar look of a shop with an increasingly uneasy sense that its rules are not as harmless as they appear. The mood shifts between quirky absurdity and quiet horror, making even mundane shelves and products feel worth investigating.

Progress comes from navigating individual mazes, locating key objects, and deciding how Isaac responds to the situations he encounters. Routes are not packed with conventional traps, but consequences still matter: a long fall can abruptly end a run, while stealing merchandise can send the story in an entirely different direction. Each area asks players to pay attention to layout, collect the right items, and consider whether following the obvious objective is really the best choice. Multiple endings give the short exploration loop replay value, since reaching the milk is only one possible resolution and darker choices can test the boundaries of the world.

Its most interesting idea is the way prior progress affects the presentation outside the mazes themselves. The main menu changes according to the latest ending or furthest level reached, turning even the game’s interface into part of the ongoing mystery. Maze Mart does not aim for sprawling maps, deep combat, or elaborate inventory management; it works best as a focused narrative curiosity with branching consequences.
