MEMENTO (v1.0)

A war-scarred island becomes the stage for a tense pixel-art horror adventure where memory, guilt, and abandoned weapons refuse to stay buried. MEMENTO follows a heroine pulled into a distorted parallel realm, with a companion at her side and no obvious route home. Nature has reclaimed the real island, but its alternate reflection turns old military relics into hostile living creatures. The mood is mournful rather than relentlessly bloody, using the aftermath of conflict to build unease around every ruined location.

Progress centers on navigating dangerous areas, avoiding or dealing with bizarre enemies, and pushing through story-driven obstacles as the pair search for an escape. The action-horror framework keeps encounters threatening, while exploration gradually reveals the island’s history and the emotional weight carried by its characters.
