Crimson Hill Hospital turns an abandoned medical complex into a claustrophobic night of found-footage terror. You play James, the host of a paranormal vlog channel, who enters the building to document rumors of cruel patient experiments and recent unexplained incidents. Armed with little more than a VHS camera, he searches dim wards, corridors, and forgotten rooms where the past refuses to stay buried. The mood is deliberately grim and uneasy, leaning on psychological dread, distorted imagery, and sudden shocks rather than action-hero survival.

Gameplay centers on slowly investigating the hospital through the camera’s viewfinder, recording strange phenomena as the night grows more dangerous.
